We were not necessarily looking to experience such a coup de cœur, and yet, from the very first moments, something happened. The volume, the light, the materials, the soul of the building, its raw finishes, its character that is both strong and inspiring… everything spoke to us immediately. There was a particular atmosphere, a rare potential, something you cannot always explain, but that you can feel very clearly.
For Chadia, the charm was instant.
To be honest, she could almost already see herself living there after just one week. No doubt an old reflex of the heart, shaped by her story, her energy and the very natural connection she has with places of life, passage, encounter and hospitality. Some spaces simply call to you. Lovaria was one of them.
Kris, for his part, approached this discovery with a little more perspective.
Observe, analyse, weigh things up, reflect, consider the bigger picture… that is also one of his strengths. Where one feels things immediately, the other takes the time to assess. Where one gets excited, the other brings structure. Two ways of approaching a project, two sensibilities, two rhythms.
